Services are designed to provide access to college, and opportunity for academic success for targeted students and their families. These services expand:
• the availability of information in preparation for post-secondary education
• the interaction with college campuses and college students, and
• the opportunity to heighten academic achievement

Cal-SOAP activities vary for site to site, but generally include the following:
